This Online Exhibitor Kit contains all of the information required to exhibit at iTech 2020. 

  • Please click on each city for exhibitor information and forms 
  • Be sure to review the shipping information for each city as each venue handles receiving differently.  Failure to follow shipping directions may result in misplaced packages. 
  • Please remember that all accounts must be settled prior to the event start dates. If you require your invoice to be sent again, or would like information on payment options, please let us know.

  • Toronto West

    Below is a helpful checklist to ensure that your exhibiting experience at iTech Toronto West 2020 is successful. Please take note of deadline dates as ordering services on-site can add over 20% to your overall expenses. 

    The cost for unloading, spotting, and loading exhibit materials is included in your booth space cost. Booths will be set with an 8' high back-wall drape and a 3' high side-wall drape (excluding islands). A 6-ft. draped table, up to two chairs and one electrical outlet will be included with your booth. For any additional decorating needs, please use the order forms found below.

    Below is a helpful checklist to ensure that your exhibiting experience at iTech Montreal 2020 is successful.

    Due to the nature of this event, there is no formal floor plan. You will be informed of your location upon your arrival.

    Each exhibitor will receive ONE (1) 6ft skirted table, TWO (2) chairs, ONE (1) 1500 watt outlet and WiFi. If you do not need these items, please let us know. 
    If you wish to order additional items, or if you wish to hand out food/drink samples (i.e. water, bottles, ice cream bars or popcorn) please contact Jennifer at jhiett@macgregorcom.com

    You can visit our Exhibitor Resource Centre to manage your company contact information, review and update your company listing, order Exhibitor Badges for the staff you will have at your booth, and even order MyShow Lead.  Please note, changes made to your company profile will be reflected in your company listing for all shows.  Exhibitor Badges ordered and My Show Lead Orders are only for the specific show that the orders were made for.  If you are exhibiting at more than one event, you must visit the Exhibitor Resource Centre for each individual show.

    Academy Customs & Traffic Inc in Partnership with Beyond Borders Logistics & Consulting Inc has been appointed the Official Customs Broker. 
    If you are an international exhibitor and are shipping internationally and or require customs clearance, you will need to contact Beyond Borders Logistics & Consulting Inc regarding your shipment in and out of Canada. You are free to use your own customs broker for your cross-border needs.  Please contact them with any customs requirements you may have.
